  Friday & Saturday - 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  Closed Christmas Day (Extended hours available by request)
• Indoor Pool: Daily – 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Waves of Superior Café:
  Open Daily 12/19/08 - 1/4/09 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (closed Christmas Day)
  Normal winter hours Friday - Sunday 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

AT YOUR SERVICE

Our friendly and knowledgeable Guest Services Representatives will schedule Waves of Superior Spa experiences that will be meaningful and enjoyable. For more information or to make a reservation, call 1-877-6-OUR-SPA (877-668-7772) or 218-663-6888 locally. If you are a Surfside on Lake Superior guest, you may dial "888" from your room.

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

We encourage advance reservations, especially during our summer and fall peak seasons. Please call us at 1-877-6-OUR-SPA (877-668-7772), or 218-663-6888 locally, to make your spa appointment. If you are a Surfside on Lake Superior guest, you may dial "888" from your room. Reservations can also be made online.

If you must reschedule or cancel your spa appointment, please notify us at least 24 HOURS prior to your appointment time to avoid being charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Appointments cancelled within six hours of the scheduled service and "no shows" will be charged in full. As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, we strictly adhere to the spa cancellation policy. Please note that if you arrive late for your treatment, it will end as scheduled so as not to delay the next scheduled guest.

COME EARLY & STAY LATE

We invite you to come at least 30 minutes early to check in, shower, change and begin your relaxing spa experience. Massage and body treatment guests are asked to shower prior to services, and first time guests are asked to complete a Health History questionnaire.

Our men's and women's locker rooms are fully appointed with luxury robes, slippers, lockers, showers, and a private sauna. The women's changing room also has a hair and make-up station. All appointments start at the scheduled time.

After your treatment, stay awhile and enjoy a cup of tea or a healthy snack in either our indoor relaxation room with fireplace, or our outdoor relaxation patio. Extend your Waves of Superior experience by visiting the spa's boutique where you can find the same wonderful products used during your treatments, including robes, skin care products, oils and lotion. Or, linger in our upstairs Waves of Superior Café and sip an espresso or fruit juice as you watch the waves roll in.

WHAT TO BRING

• A bathing suit to experience our Waves of Superior pool and whirlpool
• Fitness clothes and closed-toe athletic shoes if you wish to use our fitness area (coming spring 2009)
• A journal or a good book to reflect, read and relax. The spa has complimentary magazines.

WHAT TO LEAVE AT HOME/IN YOUR ROOM

• Jewelry which can become lost or forgotten in the pocket of a robe
• Other valuables or personal items of value
• Cell phones: To maintain the relaxation and quiet within the spa, cell phones are prohibited.
